Next Working Day Delivery: We aim to deliver the following working day for all orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday; however, please allow up to 2 working days.
Standard Weekday Delivery: Free for all orders over £100 (ex VAT) or £9.75 + VAT for orders under £100 (ex VAT).
Saturday Delivery: Available at £30 + VAT.
Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland
Delivery Time: Please allow 2–5 working days.
Shipping Rate: A flat rate of £30 + VAT will apply.

Tracking Your Goods
If you have provided an email address and/or mobile number, you will receive delivery notifications.
You can track your delivery via the DPD website. On the morning of your delivery, you will be given a one-hour time slot and the opportunity to rearrange or have your parcel left in a safe place.
Return Policy
Stock Products
Returns: If you wish to return unwanted products, please contact us on 01753 655344 within 5 working days of receiving the goods. We will arrange collection of the items, subject to a collection fee and a 15% restocking fee.
Condition: Returns and refunds will only be issued if all items are unmarked, undamaged, and in a new condition with the inner packaging unopened. Please refer to our current Terms and Conditions for further details.
Faulty or Defective Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty or defective, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for next-day collection and replacement.
Please note that if collection is arranged and you miss your slot or pick-up time, the return of the goods will be at your own expense.
Customised Returns
Goods that have been customised in any way cannot be accepted for a refund under any circumstances unless they are damaged or faulty.
Please notify us within 5 working days if your customised products are damaged or faulty.
